Exactly the same situation i m facing out i had my ovarian cyst surgery last year i weighted 85kgs nd aftr surgery i strtd gaing the weght tody i m 99kgs …. periods lasting for months everyday thinking of a diet a workout bt due to depression anxiety food intakes are really high….. these days i m felling like quitting this life i m over frm everything now i really don't wnt to live my life with so much of weights its really hell to survive

I am currently 63kg and aiming for 57kg which is the ideal weight for my age and height which means i have to lose 6kg in the span of 2 months (hopefully). Will be starting IF from tomorrow onwards and definitely share my results if i achieve so. Wish me luck!!
Update: 4 days into IF and already lost 1.5 kgs with diet and 45mins workout
Heyyy im 22yrs old and i too started gaining weight in 2021 and i am diagnosed with pcod . Even rn post 2 years i weight 80kgs .u mentioned ghar ka khana ..agreed but in pcod doctors have listed to avoid wheat rotis and milk products, any advice on that and also ghar pe somtimes sandwiches pizzas ban jaate should that be consumed???

@deekhsha Khurana First time I am commenting like this I am so stuck and depressed with my weight I am a hypothyroidism girl and whenever I decide for loosing weight it ultimately come out to fall me sick as an out come and being hypothyroidism it’s always so hard to loose weight like if you don’t ever eat whole day still you will have same weight and just loosing in that case you need a proper exercise , gym and all which isn’t possible and gym no one will allow and also whenever I decide to do strict diet my family don’t support I fall sick and then they start tont bcz of diet and All you fall ill like zero people who support me in this journey and I am just silently running with the battle currently also i am writing this lying on my bed after having medicines because of illness , I don’t know how will I reach my goal I really want to dress my choice cloth , being confident , but no one understand and I don’t know how I do I just cry in bathroom or just keeping thing silently I feel so under confidence because of weight people think I am elder sibling although I am younger no body understand my feeling I can’t even explain how much it hurt whenever I tried to start everyone started eye rolling and just in a day I fall sick my colony people are also like oh you are walking oh okay are you trying to loosing weight just all of them make me so feed up they starring and all such gossip and suddenly next day I suffer with fever or major headache or any issue I don’t understand what to do how to do
