What is the BEST bicep exercise for maximizing biceps growth?
In this video I rank 10 different ways to train the biceps on a tier list based on the following criteria:
The criteria I’m using to rank these are:
Does the exercise allow for a stretch on the biceps
Does the exercise have a more lengthened focused resistance profile
Is the exercise stable?
How easy to progressive overload?
Is the exercise PAIN-FREE?
All exercises are ranked based on the potential to build muscle.
This is how you should interpret my tier list:
S tier – My favorite exercises, MUST try.
A tier – Highly recommended.
B tier – Decent options. Do them if convenient or limited on equipment.
C tier – Still viable, but do I recommend? Nope.
D tier – Would avoid.

I do bayesian curls with an incline bench in front of the cable tower for the stability.

I'm a fan of the incline dumbbell bicep curl. I find it's a more stable version of the Bayesian cable curl
You said both bicep heads cross the shoulder… actually its just the long head, not that that really matters but worth saying still
Bayesian curl is king. I feel it so much more than preachers
Just do barbell curls you can load up the most weight on it

I'd agree with ur tier list on most. One thing I'd say that is important tho is train it from all angles (which means elbows behind the body like an incline dumbbell curl, elbows next to the body like a standard dumbbell curl and elbows in front of the body like a preacher curl).
