I'm an Asian man, and I support CC!! I don't know about White privilege or racism. I like her play and attitude. Perhaps she's Catholic too,hehehe. I give her a pass on the Time article. She's 22 for goodness sake, stop putting unreasonable pressure on an already pressured life for her. GO CC!!

I think there is confusion. What Caaitlin said was it was a privilege to have Stephanie White as her coach. So that's the White Privilege she was talking about. Try that on for size and confuse the crap out of the haters. : > ) Dan

Stephen Smith is still off! The past WNBA were not mistreated by the WHITE establishment! The BLACK men in the NBA were making MILLIONS and given great media attention! WHY? Because they were supremely talented!!! I grew up watching all the past NBA superstars close to Jordan’s level of talent! I KNEW I’d Swoopes, Leslie, Bird, Parker…etc., but they all played at a boys high school level but couldn’t dunk! I’d rather go see the guys play. The past WNBA were simply NOT WORTH WATCHING when the NBA offered a much superior product! Whose fault is that? THE PLAYERS FAULT, if anyone is to blame! Caitlin Clark is at another level and her RECORD breaking performances in College and now the WBA VALIDATES my assessment! I’m not just insulting people; those are the facts! CC deserves credit because she is more outstanding; her 62 WNBA establishes this TRUTH! Who else in the WNBA has ever done that?

I DID IT! I watched some of your coverage of this topic, and said if I did subscribe to anyone (which I don't do quickly), it would probably be you first. I just subscribed! I like the fair and balanced, and that everyone has a right to their own opinion, so stop trying to quiet everyone else's opinion. I saw enough! I'd already watched a few, now I'm on board. Caitlyn, like all the rest of us, has a right to have an opinion and to voice it. I don't have to agree with it, but this is where discussion can begin. I might learn something! Like most, I am tired of big media flying off mad when they hear an opinion they don't like! (Megyn Kelly) Let people have an opinion and discuss it! (Flying mad cost CNN and MSNBC. Who is next, right politics?)

White people put their money as investors into the league an kept it going even though it didn’t make a single penny what about those people and the people who paid their salaries even though they weren’t making a profit those women were privileged that someone cared enough to keep it going but they won’t give them credit!!! They want it so bad to be a black person that’s why their feelings are hurt because the black women didn’t get all this fandom and credit

When Tiger Woods ruled the PGA, no one took Arnold Palmer's Master's Jacket away. Arnold Palmer was the great of his age, Tiger elevated the PGA to a level of recognition it had never seen. Caitlin Clark is the generational great. She has set a rookie record for rookies setting records. That doesn't make Aja any less of a talent, that doesn't take away any of Diana Turasi's achievements. It doesn't take away any of Swoops championships or records.

CC is next level. I have never watched any player in any sport's workout just to get a glimpse of what next season holds for us, until now. Now I can't wait until the next one drops.

Umm, there are over ONE BILLION black people on the planet. There are 42 million blacks in the USA. Half of those are BLACK WOMEN. Let's put the blame where it belongs. If only a tiny percentage of those blacks watched the WNBA, it would've been a HUGE success from the start. In fact, it was RICH WHITE MEN, the NBA owners who have donated $40 million a year, out of the goodness of their heart, so that young black LGBTs could play basketball after college. So, how are white people to blame for "oppressing" the WNBA? Anyone? Hello? Bueller? 🥱

No one in professional sports has ever had to deal with this. Caitlin was in a no win solution either way. She carried the Fever to the playoffs, and broke 22 rookie records and attendance every game she played. I am still disappointed that she broke every college record and bought race into the issue, she is young and has a lot to deal with. I hope everyone gives her a break about the comments she made.

I did not watch the WNBA until Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese in 2024. I went to three WNBA games . I saw Angel Reese play, I saw Caitlin Clark play , and I was in Los Angeles ,California and saw The New York Liberty vs. The Los Angeles Sparks. I don’t believe in White Privilege . It is a false narrative.

Dude. I was on Ticketmaster in the waiting room for single game tickets, I had like 33 people in front of me and when I got in the whole first two levels were GONE. I'm thinking it was already mostly bought up for season tickets! All that was listed was resale, which also came from season ticket holders, because they were there before today.

TIME Magazine named Caitlin Clark Athlete of the Year for 2024. BET Co-Founder Sheila Johnson just said that TIME should not have named one person but instead, should have named the whole WNBA. A few months ago her former network, BET, named Angel Reese Sportswoman of the Year for 2024. Why didn't she say that BET should have named the whole WNBA? Someone please ask her this. Hypocrisy and racism separately are bad enough. But combined, they are insufferable.

I don't know why CC is even practicing. She has white privilege, and we all know white people do not need to practice at anything. She broke the all-time scoring record, just because her skin color gives her things that people with different skin don't get. No practice, hard work, grinding, paying dues, losing, and mental preparedness is necessary for us white folk.
