Also, that GPU power draw is absolutely awful, get a 4080 and undervolt it if you want crazy efficiency while having insane performance.

Honestly, even if you are going full native 4K gaming, a 14900K is extreme overkill. A 14600k or 13600K can easily handle a 4090 at full load, or a 7800x3d. Even then, you have the 4080 which is an insanely efficient card for 4K too, and if you want more frames, just enable DLSS, for 1440, the 4080 is also absolutely overkill. Still, it offer such good efficiency that I think everyone would buy one if it didn't cost as much as a Bugatti.
