(Yes, right now it’s just me making everything)
Editor’s Note: My edits were all made to keep the video on one, central topic by editing together relevant commentary from many parts of Hasan’s streams to create a storyline that is still followable by the viewer. I also edited in commentary of my own in places, in addition to relevant external information that improves the viewing experience. A lot of edits were made for comedy purposes, or to enhance the comedic timing of certain beats, but never to misrepresent Hasan’s point of view.

I personally like to hydrate with my family recipe for Jal Jeera, it is a sweet and salty water based drink that was never meant to be a sports hydration drink but my mother somehow made it work out amazingly for me in my teen years when I first started training on the track, by the time I went D1, I was making my own variations of it and it took me no time to get most of the guys who shared our locker rooms to start using it.
Scientifically it makes sense how well it works for all the same reasons discussed in the video, it contains black salt instead of pink but also contains sugar and table salt, these three make for a great mineral blend and unlike commercial sports drinks or Pepsi, they have much less sugar and actually essentially have the perfect balance, next you have mango powder and mint (fresh mango would force you to make a massive batch each time and in America finding the right quality and variety of mango is insanely difficult and expensive so use Indian mango powder (amchur), meanwhile I recommend growing your own fresh quality mint plants and just using a some fresh leaves directly off the plant every time you make it, mint is very easy to grow and expands very quickly so you can fill up a small green house with mint a just a few months starting with one good plant, but I do recommend having a green house, size doesn't matter quality does because mint has only one major weakness and that is the weeds that can grow just as fast and will essentially ruin an entire planter of mint by hybridizing with the mint if you don't get rid of it), these two focus on digestive health and have anti-inflammatory properties, then you add lime juice which does most everything the former two do but also helps with weight loss, like lime juice adding tamarind paste will also help with weight loss and has similar additional benefits, you follow that up with some asafoetida which is great for reducing inflammation in the colon and stops/relieves bloating, you also add fresh ginger which is also good for weight loss but also has a whole slew of beneficial medical qualities (so many I can't even list all of them but digestive health, heart disease, cancer risk, immune health are just some), lastly you got cumin which operates very similarly to ginger, and pepper of course choice for spice. When you consider the focus of the mix, it makes perfect sense why it hydrates so well and helps with fat loss and lean muscle gain considering the heavy emphasis on weight reduction and digestive health.
