Fitness Influencer Genetics: The Fu**ed Up Truth

Here is why it feels like everyone is bigger, leaner, and stronger than you but more importantly why being excessively envious is not helpful…

This is a more concise version of a few of the videos I have made over the last 4 years.

𝟭: 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝘀𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗱𝗼 𝗶𝘁:
– Hard work.
– Good genetics.
– Effective programming.
This is not to be underestimated!
I believe almost everyone can achieve a ‘Hollywood-level physique’ with effective programming, good nutrition and enough time.

𝟮: 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝗔𝗹𝗴𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗺𝘀
Because of the way social media works, extreme content usually performs better.
This isn’t good or bad.
There is a common trend of people complaining about their sh*t genetics.
Many people have a warped perception of what good progress can look like.
This is not an excuse to be lazy or have low standards but a reminder to be proud of progress and give it more time before you jump to conclusions.

𝟯: 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲
To stand out on social media many are willing to take PED’s, use photoshop and fake weights.
While I like to think this is a rarity it without a doubt contributes to people’s unrealistic expectations.

𝟰: 𝟭% 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟭%
Not only do the top genetic freaks rise to the top, but we are often only seeing the 1% of their lives, their highlight reel.
Again not an excuse to be a degenerate but a reminder that comparing yourself to elite fitness models is often not the best idea (unless you find it motivating).

𝟱: 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹
“In order to train as hard as possible you must retain a clear image of your purpose.
Once your goal is sharply but realistically defined, all that remains is carrying out your plan.
Don’t however worry about your individual potential.
Potential is only the expression of a possibility.
Something that can only be assessed in retrospect.
In other words you will never know how good you might have become unless you try…”

False heroes. Real junkies. Broke. Broken.
@jeffhutjens December 18, 2024 - 3:13 am
IMO you didn't make enough of genetics. My friend and I can pick up a book and walk across the room and be more muscular. After ten years lying on a couch with no exercise I was still pretty muscular.

My other friend does thes work outs that would make me the Hulk, and he gets stronger, but doesn't look any different.

GENETICS, you have them or you don't.
@sydberetta4649 December 18, 2024 - 3:13 am
It continues to stun me just how awful these monsters actually look, the pursuit of this freakish dysmorphic abomination
@BlackDragonStudio December 18, 2024 - 3:13 am
I am one of the few people with both good genetics and crap genetics. I hold onto a LOT of muscle naturally that I hold onto 10-20 pounds of water weight, and without much fat, I weigh at 130 lbs. I have been accused of people when I am in the middle of a weight cut (due to work and exercise) that I am using PED's. My mom and I have PCOS so I naturally produce higher testosterone and we have a form of high muscle density. However, the minute my shirt comes off, you'll notice I have no definition. I don't understand why people fake it, because it only makes you look worse.

@DittersGustav December 18, 2024 - 3:13 am
Healthy respect for sauce 😂 well played
@dobriyranok7 December 18, 2024 - 3:13 am
On other side: someone spends years lifting weights through space for three hours a day- but he can use this time and efforts to lift bricks and build own house.
@tobiramasenju7669 December 18, 2024 - 3:13 am
I never really liked bodybuilding, but what caught my eye is the world of strongman
@bilal6238 December 18, 2024 - 3:13 am

@clintmichigan9112 December 18, 2024 - 3:13 am
In 15yrs of personal training i only ever came across one genetic freak......so when you see a half dozen friends out clubbing and they're all buff beyond belief....forget natural. I even had one dude explain to me he was totally natty after putting on around 10kg in a 3 weeks......at the end of his explanation i pointed out that he was leaking.....oil was running out of the middle delt.....
@nikolasajkic5545 December 18, 2024 - 3:13 am
Natural here and the one that realised that looks doesnt have to do anything with strenght, mobility and health. I have some pretty impressive PR's which I have achieved in the course of several years. You just have to stick to a good diet and good workout plan. Over the years you will get the physique you desire. Stay natural and healthy 💪
@ligmabalz-kf2ck December 18, 2024 - 3:13 am
Btw the dude who said he was gonna be crucified was Dylan McKnight
@kingthorgrim1591 December 18, 2024 - 3:13 am
It's steroids, they're all on steorids or sarms or whatever, none of these "fitness" influencers in natural
@7GabriEl7FM7 December 18, 2024 - 3:13 am
This is a great documentary. Very well spoken!💯
@trex9368 December 18, 2024 - 3:13 am
I've been in the gym for 45+ years and can identify who's natty and who's not with 99% accuracy!
INFLUENCERS using PEDs are much like PRISON LIFERS who claim they are INNOCENT!!!😲
@Blabla123-u4f December 18, 2024 - 3:13 am
If it’s too good to be true, it nearly always is.
Super muscular + very high muscle definition = gear
Just accept it.
@PsychedelicNaturez December 18, 2024 - 3:13 am
lol mike o hearn is not natty xddd
@TheKremor December 18, 2024 - 3:13 am
Natural my ass. It's horrible for the stuff it does to young people. And warp people's perception.
@james-ob9rz December 18, 2024 - 3:13 am
Tren hard
Anavar give Up
@genevarockeman9721 December 18, 2024 - 3:13 am
Look, everybody’s different...but I never found that super muscled/cut thing attractive? I'm always sort of baffled by dudes who chase this look and find them a little strange.
@juliana8113 December 18, 2024 - 3:13 am
These guys are all choirboys compared to me
@Bill-x4v December 18, 2024 - 3:13 am
Gear makes the athlete. Genetics dictate how much gear you can use and how long you can use it. I have many friends who use and its a day and night different when they are off.
@SPiTFiRE_JiMMY December 18, 2024 - 3:13 am
The one who irks me the most is Mike O’DuckEggs… There is no way he’s natty but he will die on that influencers hill because he knows that if he does now after he’s lied so much, he will be nothing. He’s goofy af!
@johannesbastian7503 December 18, 2024 - 3:13 am

9:49 Damn. What a quote.
@OneMagicalMoment December 18, 2024 - 3:13 am
It is so strange to me that people lie about steroids when you can CLEARLY see it. Same with women who had work done but still say; no I haven’t. If you do it, just own it. Your life, your choice but don’t be part of this never ending façade.
@multiplex123 December 18, 2024 - 3:13 am
Steroids are gay.
@alexusshannon4270 December 18, 2024 - 3:13 am
Crazy I use to work with this kid and I say kid because I was like 20 21 and he was just in high school but I use to ask like if he took something or what his work out regimen was but he kept saying just normal but honestly at 16 with the pecs he had I can’t say after watching all these vids he was. I pray now after Covid that he’s ok
@flyingtempura4926 December 18, 2024 - 3:13 am
They are all on gear
@StAngerNo1 December 18, 2024 - 3:13 am
10:05 "It is you against you!" I always say that bodybuilding is the most individualistic sports there is. It is not you alone against your opponents like in decathlon or something, it is you against yourself. Never compare yourself to others, only compare yourself to your past self.
@Fitandover40 December 18, 2024 - 3:13 am
Yet another proof of what happens is ALL industries and societies at the moment. I travel around the world a lot and i begin to see a pattern everywhere. We live in a world where men are behaving like mere animals not Humans. Humans are animals with something else, now we see just animals pretending to be humans. These animals run after money and fame and are trapped by Humans without scruples and are causing a very very sick global society, and it is really sad to see it.
@icthruyou4824 December 18, 2024 - 3:13 am
Great videos , I usually won’t watch long videos, these are great tho; nice work.

I hope we never discover a completely safe steroid, may those who suffer from the sin of pride suffer the consequences.
@dr.strange6458 December 18, 2024 - 3:13 am
Joe Delaney, Brandon Frasier among other are other Gear users who need to be exposed. .... They are hurting the youth.
@kingofthorns203 December 18, 2024 - 3:13 am
Thank you for spotlighting Hunter Moore; he is very inspiring. And I was a bit confused that you blurred Dylan McKnight in his video clip but didn't blur out him (or his name) in a later screenshot. Great work either way.
@caymenlandryify December 18, 2024 - 3:13 am
Being actually natty and ignoring all the corny bullshit is where real peace is. Focus on your own progress and performance. Most of these people out there are seeking attention and money more than anything out.
@eddieogun December 18, 2024 - 3:13 am
"i have a healthy respect for sauce🧐"....😂😂😂😂
@stevehall9471 December 18, 2024 - 3:13 am
Not a natty on this entire video
@shikarbabulall3897 December 18, 2024 - 3:13 am
