“It’s the most frequently asked question from fans of Forged in Fire—”When will we see bladesmiths compete against our judges?” Now, they are about to get their wish. In each episode, previous Forged in Fire Champions return to the forge for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity—to square off against our renowned Forged in Fire Masters in the highest stakes forging competition yet!

The challenges require higher skillsets and there are more tests to pass. First, the smiths must prove they have what it takes to challenge an icon by beating each other in a series of win-or-go-home forging challenges. The remaining two smiths will then compete with one of our seasoned Judges to create a fully functioning blade that will be evaluated and tested. If the challenger can find a way to prevail against our Judge in an intense bladesmithing showdown, they’ll walk away with $10K and eternal bragging rights.”

I want to see blades being made, not see an ad 1:00 into the video!

@AbelCherenfant December 16, 2024 - 1:45 pm

I'm sorry but it was the waeight I'm so confused it was so unfair it doesn't matter if it was heavy or not in the slicing test what's the sandbags the heaviest sword did the most damage and if you are in a match you want to do damage it doesn't matter if it's heavy or not it's just so unfair

@LastNameGalePodcast December 16, 2024 - 1:45 pm

@shan5922 December 16, 2024 - 1:45 pm

@StevenSeagull6969 December 16, 2024 - 1:45 pm

They all knew he would be kicked off the show if he didn't win.

@lobsterman1337 December 16, 2024 - 1:45 pm

There’s a reason they usually put Ben Abbot up as the competing judge

@13JohnEric-y4o December 16, 2024 - 1:45 pm

@JacobBird-t4u December 16, 2024 - 1:45 pm

I was really let down by someone I love, I'm not trying to get her back , disrespect is too high

@rantaviouswilliams December 16, 2024 - 1:45 pm

I disagree with the winner choice🤨

@vbp6159 December 16, 2024 - 1:45 pm

What a BS. This is a make the judges win competition. Tony won this competition to me. The judge could also hand in a stick. Same result. no cutting and it would have saved him alot of time. 😂.

@gabos7892 December 16, 2024 - 1:45 pm

Jays got homecourt advantage

@jillsmorey6686 December 16, 2024 - 1:45 pm

The sword isn't heavy, you are not able to swing it. Ever heard of Maharana Pratap's sword?

@egor102 December 16, 2024 - 1:45 pm

You know if these judges made weapons without the hydraulics they wouldnt be complaining about swords being too heavy lol

@mozumozalan7425 December 16, 2024 - 1:45 pm

Well, in a combat you will be much faster with a light sword, so the decision is ok

@CanadianWaters December 16, 2024 - 1:45 pm

Weight aside when it came to being a weapon, Jays failed in the end

@MrBluemanworld December 16, 2024 - 1:45 pm

Don't like the pigs being used like that

@augusthawks6576 December 16, 2024 - 1:45 pm

What do they do with the pig carcasses after the show? I like to think they have a BBQ for the staff.

@ALEXKHUNG December 16, 2024 - 1:45 pm

Not Fair 🙄

@ferreiraliam97 December 16, 2024 - 1:45 pm

First time i’m actually not on the same page as the judges with the results

@michaeldiogenesbest6127 December 16, 2024 - 1:45 pm

My standard response when they say it's too heavy:
"It's not heavy, YOU are weak"…..

@davidseverson8653 December 16, 2024 - 1:45 pm

What BS Jay obviously lost

@jacobherraman9885 December 16, 2024 - 1:45 pm

Definitely biased, jays sward didn't cut or fair as good as Tony's

@WesleyRobbins-ro2ph December 16, 2024 - 1:45 pm

That guy got robbed Jay's blade didn't perform half as good as the other guy

@rossmelnyk1900 December 16, 2024 - 1:45 pm

Jay lost this match in my book. His sword didn't even cut…..

@DanielG1095 December 16, 2024 - 1:45 pm

Tony should have won, yeah it’s heavy but it cut better

@bertnasstee December 16, 2024 - 1:45 pm

I disagree. Tony's performed way better

@averageoutdoorsman9342 December 16, 2024 - 1:45 pm

It always feels unfair when a small statured man who is not a swordsman, complains about a heavy weapon.

@EatKingbreakfast December 16, 2024 - 1:45 pm

Wath why theyh ave win XD wtf this wrong

@Ruareview99 December 16, 2024 - 1:45 pm

good job

@Mikey27886 December 16, 2024 - 1:45 pm

Sir Tony, sword Looks like a kopis of Spartans ❤❤⬛🐉🔥🔥🔥🗡️☄️☄️⬛☄️☄️🔥🔥🔥

@Oblivionwolf38 December 16, 2024 - 1:45 pm

jay shouldn't of won his sword was inferior, if weight was a concern it should of been said before forging. Then both smiths would of had to meet an extra criteria. one last point all weapons dull but its the weight that can push the edge into the target.
