Welcome back to day 1601 of my consecutive run blogging journey! 🎉 Today, let’s delve deep into the 80/20 rule and how it fundamentally reshaped my approach to health and fitness. You’ve probably heard the phrase “you can’t out train a bad diet,” and I discovered just how true this is through my experiences with the Zoe App.
Over the past 5–6 weeks, I have been using Zoe, a health and nutrition service that tailors dietary advice based on unique personal data. This has been nothing short of life-changing for me, helping me overcome irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and achieve better muscle definition without altering my exercising routine.
The 80/20 rule, also known as Pareto’s Law, suggests that in the realm of health and fitness, 80% of your results come from nutrition and only 20% or even less from exercise. In this video, I’ll share my personal journey, insights, and the dramatic improvements I’ve experienced.
