PlayStation’s newest first party exclusive game Concord for PS5 and PC is easily one of the worst multiplayer shooters I have played in quite some time. In fact saying Concord is Bad or Concord Sucks barely scratches the surface. What at first looks like an uninspired Overwatch clone is an equally dull and boring experience that feels not only significantly slower than Overwatch, but completely soulless as well. In addition the Beta for the PC version of the game on steam was completely broken and would not start for more than 3 seconds before completely crashing over and over again. If this is the vision PlayStation had for live service titles under Jim Ryan it is a good thing that the PlayStation Division at Sony has new leadership…

Game did poorly because it was a bad game, not because it was “woke”. That game has lost practically all meaning anyways.

It's sad that I have to preface this for America, but this isn't some hot take, just a purely *LOGICAL ANALYSIS*.
the addition of pronouns on each character is whatever. It's neither bad nor *good*. It's literally completely harmless so there is absolutely literally no point whatsoever on getting mad about it. Anyone who genuinely gets mad and offended by it like that redneck fat white guy supposedly named Starfield from probably Arizona, is just an overall evil person who has nothing better to do in life than to hate on literally anything that breaks the mold or is "strange".
Was that feature necessary? Maybe, maybe not, it quite literally in fact does not matter as long as it does not affect gameplay and is harmless, which it absolutely is: HARMLESS .
As far as the character design? Again, HARMLESS*. Anyone who says that they boot up a game literally just to simp on or admire the character designs, is literally bold-faced lying. Ppl play games to *PLAY IT !! Additionally, Furries don't deserve any hate. Yes, they are strange, but again, LITERALLY HARMLESS , so by the logic and goal of being a peaceful human being, let them be and do their own thing.
I quite literally wouldn't care if a game had entirely anthropomorphic characters, it is irrelevant whether I liked it or not, again, I don't boot up a game solely JUST to stare at the character models, I boot up a game TO PLAY THE GAME. If the game is fun, that is quite LITERALLY all that matters.
Seriously, America (especially the whites and black because they are predominantly the most toxic and hateful ones regarding this topic) just needs to learn to let go of their personal fear-driven hate and just let bygones be bygones. It's just a team of HUMAN BEINGS WITH FELLINGS JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE, trying to make an honest living making a fun unique game, and although they ultimately failed to make a game that's fun, they should NEVER EVER GET DEATH THREATS or ANY TYPE OF HATE from terroristic hateful americans.
It's a shame that I don't have a strong enough pc to be able to play the game myself, it looks like it could have worked. As you said, the balancing is clearly an issue. Maybe by some ungodforsaken miracle they revamp and re-release the game in the future as a free to play model, or even PAID, I would DEFINITELY BE WILLING to spend my own money on it.
