If you are remotely familiar with the Tesla CEO, you wouldn’t be surprised that he is building a sustainable home. So, how did Elon go from overhauling the tech space to completely disrupting the real estate industry?Well, it all started with this tweet from 2020. At the height of the pandemic, Elon Musk made this insane announcement.

How well does it do in extreme heat, like the 115+ summers in Phoenix AZ? How well insulated is it? Winters can get into the low 30s.

Boxabl is located in Las Vegas. The home is $60,000 and us 361 sq ft. Includes a 2 burner range, small refrigerator, microwave and HVAC
Transport, setup, utility, connections and foundation are extra. That equates to around $180 or more per square foot. I fail to see the benefit

It is like in our country Philippines we call it Nipa Hut made of bamboo and bamboo leaves . You can move it anywhere . It will take only 6 person to carry the house . Thats how people live in mountains and provinces. We only had a lamp at night .

I'll probably buy these homes one day; even if it was 50k it would still be cheap. But there are so many questions I would like to know like the plumbing, the land, how to even set this up or who am I suppose to call? I'm not an expert about these things.
