This is my 1 year body transformation. Over the last year I committed to losing fat and building muscle. Since then I have been going to the gym, jumping rope, running and playing sports consistently to try to get in to the best shape of my life, and I am really proud of the results. Hope you like the video!

Have a great week guys! Cheers.

Replace quick oats with steel-cut oats. Quick oats raise too much blood sugar. Bad for you.

Biggest change – the joy in your eyes!

@dodgethis_ November 23, 2024 - 2:45 am

It's not something you can see visually, but the fact that your heart needed so much less effort to take your body through that workout, which means it was working so much more efficiently, is AMAZING! What a difference a year can make. Well done!

Visual changes are, of course, wonderful and motivating. But for me personally, these moments when I catch myself breezing through something I struggled to do before make me proud of myself. Proud that through my hard work and persistence, I made my body stronger and healthier. Hell yes.

@whaleshark7154 November 23, 2024 - 2:45 am

much like 15-16% body fat, 23% people have a decent amount of fats. Are you sure you use male criteria or female one?

@wolololer November 23, 2024 - 2:45 am

11:04 People often neglect this value, but look how even your bones got heavier, with exercize you just get better, this is specially true for old people that bones gets so frail any little thing can break them

Btw theres noway u are 24% bodyfat now, youre under 20% without a doubt

@rshawn1983 November 23, 2024 - 2:45 am

@mgrieves1 November 23, 2024 - 2:45 am

I am going through a Half Marathon prep right now. I'm on week 4 and just by staying consistent even when I do not want to go out and run, I've noticed my overall condition is miles better. Videos like yours truly motivate me. It is not easy but it is very rewarding

@asbrosel6495 November 23, 2024 - 2:45 am

Thankyou for creating this video. I have struggled with doing gym on and off over the years and this is very motivational for me to get back to the gym and achieve great things. Would love to keep seeing your journey to see the progress at the end of year 2

@jblizzard962 November 23, 2024 - 2:45 am

So, why do you lie about being in the 1%. Vo2max? You do not have a 60 or higher Vo2max.

@thefantorangster2491 November 23, 2024 - 2:45 am

That change in testosterone is crazy! But i would say your body fat % is definitely lower in both the before and after. I would say 25-30% in the begore and about 16% in the after.

@Jason_Polkovitz November 23, 2024 - 2:45 am

Congrats, man. And inspiring.

@NATHANE86 November 23, 2024 - 2:45 am

@kirschkonfekt November 23, 2024 - 2:45 am

I think, implementing alternative workouts such as Yoga or walks are super important and many people underestimate them. They tackle other muscle groups, especially core muscles which are the base to safely do your "standard" workouts (e.g. lifting)
