Glad you found sonething that works for you! Thanks for sharing the journey. I own an exercise bike (need to use it more often). Peddling is fun. My doctor also has me doing yoga with his wife. Stetching is just as vital, too. If you don't mind the cold, some snowshoeing will be good with the fresh air. Oh, and the best kind of bike for getting a good workout is an outside recumbent bike. They don't have gears, so all the power is from the person riding the bike. As far as traditional gymn workouts with dumbbells, etc. is not my thing. Also, I'm trying to gain weight, not lose weight, so I'm particular about what I do.

Great routine to begin with together! It's awesome to maintain a healthy relationship with excercise to not turn it into something you get obsessed to, like Ashley said: 'It's important to find an activity you enjoy' because otherwise sport could turn into a punishment and a mandatory routine. Just don't get too obsessed with it, I love your videos and they way you communicate with your family and share your passions and hobbies :) Don't forget obsessions can affect most domains of your life. Cool video!💪🏼

My cardio that I love is mountain biking, I did my first ever mountain bike races this year! Already it has me thinking how I can get more fit to do better next time!

Hi Dave and Ash - I seriosly NEVER comment on videos. I feel kind of goofy doing so, but I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your marriage and personality and honesty. This is a great GREAT endorsement! But even moreso, your relatability and honesty makes me want to watch you two more and learn from you. I've watched Claire's videos in the past (which are beautiful!) and my children and I love to watch your videos of your kids, but I think you two are really great. Like I wish we were neighbors bc of how kind and honest you are to each other and how you express yourselves. Thanks for the video.

I was just telling my daughter Dave looked super fit in the last video, awesome man! This is super cool timing. I had an accountability partner for the last year and a half and he’s been working out of state a lot lately and I can definitely feel the struggle of getting in the gym now. I’m gonna give him a call.

I’m 70 and from England. We walked everywhere so I was very active until I moved to Utah and had to learn to drive! So exercising as a hobby or routine isn’t in my mindset. I find it boring. But I do love to dance! So I put on my favorite music including The Killers, ELO, and many others and dance around while doing dishes or vacuuming or mopping floors. ♥️

Also I became an American citizen in September and voted for the first time ever!! So now I’m a dual citizen. 🙂🇺🇸🇬🇧
Your house looks mighty big! Plenty of floors to mop!😊
