Extra notes because i forgot to note these in the video lol:
-I forgot to mention you need to first install cheat engine from the offical site (link in the description) and then install the one from nexus, and launch the one you installed from nexus.
-The weird looking icons that dont resemble the crew characters (story mode characters) are just crew icon placeholders
– I forgot, its only for license changer where you need to click into the crew member file. For the PED ID and the crew skills you can either the go away and go back or enter their file.

EDIT: after changing the weapon ID and saving -> loading the save, the weapon disappears for some reason
