Today I’m trying the BUD/s obstacle course! This course is used at Naval Special Warfare to train and qualify candidates during the Navy Seal and SWCC pipeline.

El audio en español está mal editado….. No sé entiende el porqué hay recursos sonoros fuera de tema. El video es interesante pero tendrían que rever la edición de sonido con doblaje a español. Hubiese preferido verlo en inglés… Gracias

Looks fun. The way I got through victory tower was looking forward to the "break" parts like climbing down, sliding, rappelling. Shit that expends the least energy. I think Austin focuses on the task ahead instead of after that task
Bigger body/muscle mass equals harder to navigate obstacles. He is a big dude.
Me as a 14 year old I could probably do that in 8 minutes if it where sized down for my height
I don't have the conditioning to do this now. However, when I was 17-21, I could have done it easily. I was almost all muscle in those days (no fat). Plus I was conditioned by Chip Morgan for crew. I used to be able to run people down in 5 mile runs. And they had much longer legs than I did.
Kudos and massive respect to the men in uniform and the sacrifices they make every day to defend the free world.
I did something similar to Burma but it was on victory tower. My body was extremely sore for a week. Go army.
