Williams has his hieseman trophy, he has the distinction of being the overall number one pick in the 2024 draft. Williams also has a 35 million dollar guaranteed contract. But he lacks leadership and maturity

I always thought he was overrated. I dint care about his sexuality or that he paints his nails....from a football standooint he wasnt that good in the 2023 season.m with USC Hes not a difference maker at all. Holds the ball too long and cant read a defense to save his life. Most of those sacks he took isnt on the o-line. Its his indecision to get rid of the football. He tries to make the big play every play and that doesn't work in the NFL. Sometimes you have to take what the defense gives you, and he still doesn't understand that concept. Hero ball has ruined careers, just ask Carson Wentz. If he doesnt change his mindset, his career is going in a dumpster fire quick!!!

Tbh i put a lot of this on his O Line and coordinator. His O Line can’t pass block for shit and his coordinator, knowing full well they can’t block, keeps calling plays that take 4-5+ seconds to develop.
