Shortly before being arrested on a domestic violence charge, Artem Chigvintsev called 911 and allegedly told an emergency dispatcher that his wife Nikki Garcia threw shoes at him. ‘Dancing with the Stars’ alum Cheryl Burke, who is close friends with Artem Chigvintsev, also speaks out on the situation via her podcast, ‘Sex, Lies and Spray Tans,’ saying, “My heart goes out to everyone involved.”

If he called for medical assistance and then call them off clearly the victim was KO, unresponsive for a minute and he got scared so he made the call until maybe the victim got consciousness and probably asked him to call them off or something. Oftentimes physical abusers try to paint their victims as the problem, while victims shrink and hide. If she was throwing shoes at him it was likely in self defense to keep him away. All he had to do was walk away and leave the room. Instead he was still trying to get close to her— for what?!? He didn’t have any marks on him, she did. This guy sounds like a narcissist.

Witnesses stated she attacked him and he had to call 911 for help. But when they got there she cried and got them to side with her. I'll believe him over her. She's been known to be very demanding and controlling and have anger issues when she doesn't get her way. If there is no physical proof she got nothing
