Player count is good and all but the real test is how many copies it'll sell despite being on Game pass, if it remains within the top 10 going into this holiday season and around march I'd be surprised. Gamepass will be good in the initial stages but I don't know how much it would boost sales.

Marathon could be cool and it seems they're doubling down upon Concords failed launch. If it's seen major changes hopefully the extraction element is another game mode rather than the whole game.

8:34 CoD uses a launcher of sorts on Xbox as well. This is the first one I've played since Modern Warfare (2019) and is kinda cool you can pick and choose what to install. But then it combines the achievement list and play time of a few games in the series.

Sports can be more divisive than politics at times.
Every time you mention your favorite 'Birds'(?) I imagine that scene from DodgeBall movie "It's a bold strategy Cotton, let's see if it pays off for 'em" and then today I see 2 comments that are unsubbing for that reason alone.

In Dragon Age the Veil guard you can be trans WITH SCARS but not an average sized woman. It also has the writing of a toddler and about as much maturity

Bioware are a shadow of what they once were, most of the original devs are no longer there. It's easy enough to generate codes for players to review your game, if you had confidence in your game, you wouldn't be cherry picking what reviewers got game codes. The game no longer looks like the dark fantasy it once was. Sadly their focus appears to be to a different audience.

I think the simple truth is that we have no way to rationally guess when Nintendo needs to reveal thei9r next console. That depends on when they are planning to release it. If they plan to release it for next holiday period they can wait until January or February (but no later). However, if they plan to release it any time before September it needs to be revealed very soon. The only thing we can be sure of is that it won't be early next year because they are way past the time where they needed to reveal it for a release that early in the year.
