Former ‘Dancing with the Stars’ pro Artem Chigvintsev speaks out regarding his domestic violence arrest and his divorce from Nikki Garcia, with whom he shares 4 year old son Matteo. Artem Chigvintsev tells E! News in a statement, “I am incredibly relieved and grateful that the domestic violence charges against me have been dropped. This has been an extremely difficult time for me. I am thankful that the truth has prevailed.”

I sure hope DWTS recognizes this and welcomes him back next season. He was an asset to the show. I mean if they let Anna on this show.... a real criminal, then they need to recognize the truth that he is an upstanding good man. He is cleared thank God.. They need to step up to the plate and show him the love and support.. Artem is more than deserving and I hope he comes back to DWTS asap.

I knew it all along. He was innocent, and we all know how dramatic nikki can be at times. Artem wants to live his life without being the centre of attention, where Nikki wants to be the centre of attention, totally opposite. Like I said before, dont announce your business in front of the world to get attention. If you guys have problems, it's better to sort them out behind closed doors. Focus on your family first, Nikki, instead of focusing on drinking alcohol.

Great video, A month ago, my five-year relationship came to an end. I really can't stop thinking about the love of my life, who made the decision to leave me. I've done everything in my power to win him back, but it's all in vain, and I can't imagine my life with anyone else. I genuinely miss him and just can't stop thinking about him, even though I've tried my hardest to stop thinking about him. I'm not sure why I'm saying this here.

I did think it strange that he made the emergency call yet he got arrested? He said the truth prevailed .. so do we have another Amber Herd here and if so why wasn’t she arrested for wasting police time???? She’s a professional wrestler and would have any threat to her on the floor in seconds! She even tried to get full custody of the boy which was would have devastated him 😢

Nikki attacked him and then claimed domestic violence and is now trying to take his child away from him when just two, days prior she was claiming on instagram that he was the most amazing man she has ever had in her life. He stood up for himself and she got violent and he protected himself and he did nothing wrong. 😊

Correct me if I’m wrong but wasn't she, the one who pursued him after the breakup of her engagement to John and their Dance partnership? I am wondering what changed and I don’t understand. It’s on record on their reality show how wonderful he is, like someone else in the comments said a “kind soul.”

I mean, I’m not the type of person to stand by and support women blindly no matter what so if it turns out that she orchestrated all of this and lied this will turn into another Johnny and Amber situation. I’m very disappointed in her.
