A female protagonist was never a problem, Lara Craft for example. I also like a new IP.

However, it doesn't help when the game is bad. Horrible game play (grass moments 😅), badly put together NPCs, and not optimized to please FPS snobs. People who played the game complained that with a dedicated AMD 7000 GPU for 4k resolution, they could only get 30 FPS on the game! With high-end dedicated GPUs, anything less than 60 FPS is unacceptable.

it's weird because they (sweet baby ink) have had their hands in spider man 2, alan wake 2, god of war ragnarok, assassins creed valhalla, and even the upcoming wolverine game.

I gotta say... if you didn't like any of those games, and still have an issue with the company... then... maybe you're not looking at everything as objectively as you should be doing... all companies have issues, hell we hated on EA for decades. that's retro now i guess... but not every game with EA was terrible or we wouldn't have had dead space, dragon age origins, titanfall 2 etc
