The very idea that you can play Fallout 4 and Skyrim... Through Emulation! Makes me wonder why Bethesda isn't porting this to Mobile.

I've trying Winlator versions on the RP4 Pro(Alice Madness Returns) and it's,
well, 1-2 FPS when it runs at all... I guess the Snapdragon is a must for this

At this point I don't know why Steam and Google haven't team up already and made a official "Winlator" app and transformed every smartphone in the world in a Steam machine!
