The former is equivalent of parachute payment to relegated, no one can compete.

If you actually read the statements, its a major win for the PL - Tribunal found in their favour (and against City) that the current PL system around ATP is legally sound and lawful to maintain competitive balance.

City had a couple arguments upheld, but these were very small around technical details and application of rules.

Kind of understand you can’t do a deal with another business that the chairman of your club owns, even though this has been going on for years. But if you can’t do deals with connections your chairman has that’s ridiculous that’s how business works you typically do deals with people you have worked with/ have a connection with

Why didn't Man City just put money into City via shareholder loans then? Oh of course because that would not have inflated their income 🤣. Once this element is added to the rules they will be even tighter, no wonder City do not want the premier league to update the rules again quickly.

Listen ofcourse newcastle acted as a witness for man city.... it's obvious to everybody the rules are constantly shifting.... since our take over. So yeah, isn't that discriminatory to change the rules to stop newcastle?

And actually those rule changes then ended up biting unsuspecting victims I.e. other clubs.

As a utd fan it is a bad news and those who waited for 115 ffp rules charges on city and ever mocked their fans it is a great shock to them and once a great person told that he/she will prefer to sit with scotish fan than with an english fan and now do more religion conversions no do more, leave christ as many you can this is what happens when you do like this and also torture more to your family unneccesarily especially boys who do nothing for their lives just only move here and there like vagabonds,pregnating innocent girls in the name of love(for this things they marry in inter religion people because they know what kind of persons you guys are and will be in future) etc and these people are overly depended on their parents property who use to work hard 24/7 in their times, by doing this they think jesus will forgive us and will fulfill their wishes i'm sorry to say but he is not that dumb that he will do everything you people wish even if you are good or pretend to be good and when nothing happens from his side you guys either become atheist or become sanatani for peace or accepts islam etc and due to you people he becomes alone also powerless also i am not saying just for this issue also for so many issues that happening in england btw this not a national issue🤣,but still i am saying to you people and talikng about literate country people who thinks sanatan is science and logic and islam is peace of mind etc and christianity judaism is waste they should be beaten and tortured first and some indians too especially those who are muslim and christians etc. and if today princess diana would have been alive in a moment she would have become a leaving dead after watching all these things, my request to all english people or every christians especially abrahmic religion people please be educated both in literacy and personally like character wise behaviour wise etc and respect your parents elders animals your country culture religion(don't do conversion nor accept like accepting islam or hinduism) etc do someting for your country and for your family and upcoming generations like your forefathers did for you do something so that you will be automatically remembered by your family and if you did big may by country locality society etc and when you guys are doing something even bad then remember just don't keep any hope or don't think about the result or any reward expecting something like reward is good but for all those who will do and does for good and for others even it is a bad try not to expect any personal reward or credit or keep it but make it low(i said this thing then it is upto you people whether to keep it more or less or totally not keeping it). so at last i want to say that please do something for your country and for your family so that your ancestors and god i mean father and mother and family of god and other christian and jewish goddesses and other religion gods goddessses too will bless you and will be happy ok do for queen diana's dream the dream she sawed for all of you and your generations and for whole britian and world so please do something but first educate yourself properly both in academics and as a human keep in mind all life values and ethics etc then start working if not ok atleast help others to florish in their life assist them who knows if god got satisfied he will the wishes like relegating man city to 2nd-3rd division 🤣 may be so by this bye.

and sorry if i wrote and said anything to you people via this man city case but what i said i facts as an indian i will never lie on this then if you want charge me with slangs you can i will never mind but once read this and think and consider this please....

Im still waiting to find ot why Man utd got 40 million from the PL over covid, when all the other teams only got 1 million. There is something very dodgy going on there !!
