The sonic cycle died after Sonic frontiers which was the opposite of the sonic cycle and ever since then SONIC IS REALLY AT HIS FASTEST

I'm "old," an OG Sonic fan since the very beginning, and I can tell you I have never once wanted a fighting game for the franchise, so I assume you're speaking in hyperbole. I'm sure they're fine games, but certainly not everyone wants them.

Sonic Spin Battle might be a sport game, or something like Beyblade, but who knows?
Edit: Made this comment when I was halfway in the video. Tennis seems the most likely option for that game.

Well it is indeed cool to see the new sonic game as early as early 2025 but then we would have to wait for many months to play it
SXSG was announced back in February I guess so it's been like 8 months !

Equivalent of Battlefield: Seaside Hill
Equivalent of Final Destination: Hidden Palace from Sonic 2.
