These videos were all I watched in junior high. New LEMMiNO is amazing and his videos have some of the highest quality on YouTube, but man do I miss this era. Hard to believe he started this series 11 years ago

Last year, i had a group project in my school about the history of music, and when the teacher announced that my group got the prehistoric part, i immediately sent this video to them, if only for the first part. I don’t know if you’ll ever see this, and I should probably have posted this on one of your anniversary videos, but I think it’d be cool if you made more anniversary (year in retrospect) videos but from the point of view of the present day. Like, “2024 Remembers 2016.” You could still point out the highs and lows of the year, add some technological and space advancements, and of course sprinkle in a dash of derogatory Danish discourtesies, but you’d be phrasing it all through the lens of hindsight. This would add new context to the these events as we’d be able to understand how they led to, or fit into, the larger events that would happen later. Sort of how the VH1 show “I Love the 70’s/80’s/90’s” did it, but more contemplative and less comical - just like all your videos.
