This looks similar to Hab & Gut, which has the "shared hand" mechanic used to manipulate the stock market rather than a race. It makes me think about what other stock games could be reimplemented as a race, or vice versa. I really like Hab & Gut, so this certainly intrigues me.

This could be a really nice twist. Colour me interested. It's very similar to an old game that I used to play as a kid, called First Past The Post, think in the USA they called it Lose Your Shirt.
