You not suppose to motivate your participant to do it with them guy as far as the planks in the regulations you can only have a pacer with you on the 2 mile run

@AustenAlexander There are A LOT of "no reps" in this. She would have gotten zero points on the HRPU if this a real ACFT. She is not coming up in one fluid full body motion. She is doing in a "caterpillar" style where she pushes from her hands additionally using her knees. Her hands are additionally not going far enough out for the HRPU and her feet are too far apart in the position. They can only be one foot width out. Her feet are about 1 foot length apart. There is also no point in exceeding the max any of the events because you are just wasting energy.
She consistently did not go beyond the yellow cones for her entire body for every event of the Sprint Drag Carry. She also has too much weight on the drag. She does not need to the metal sled, it exceeds the weight. If you are going to show these videos at least get the standards right.
On the deadlift she made it look easy but the handles are supposed to be down
This looks way more fun than the old Army Physical Fitness Test. The APFT was just boring
Impressive, but she would have been DQ by a crusty E7 bc she slammed the weights on the DL and her feet were more than a boot-width apart on the HRPU
That’s awesome but your supposed to place the kettle bells down on the sprint drag carry and not drop or throw. Good job though!!!

That’s incredibly impressive. She could probably show up at any given ACFT event and beat every person (including the men) in every event.

holy cow she’s a beast I graded her scores on a 20 Yr old male standard and 594/600 🔥
Impressive, but not quite the Army standard. You cannot use the upper handles on the deadlift trap bar. They needed to turn it over and she would have to drop a little farther or deeper into the lift. The pushups were not to standard. You must move your body as a unit. She went to her knees as she raised her body, and those reps would not have counted. It is unclear when that started, but the exercise likely would have been terminated at around 20 or 30 reps. The sled in the SDC is not the same as the standard ACFT. Hers has significantly less friction that the Army's version, and the straps must be behind the line at the start of the event. Also, you must place the kettle bells down not throw them down. She would have to go back and place the one that fell over. Lastly, hands cannot touch during the plank and hers were interlocked and her feet were too far apart. The only events she completed to the standard was the standing power throw and the run.
1:09 on the sprint drag carry is insane!! I’m in the army and the average female gets 2:45 on it and the average male 1:50. It’s the hardest event so she did incredibly good
