Hate this professor.
Love India Willoughby. Make her a presenter! ❤
Where are the trans men competing against the men
Did the romans have eunichs competing?
Peter Thatchel should be embarrassed. That was the saddest weakest and most pathetic argument ever given by a Human Being on any topic ever 🤦🏻😂
Piers is so 100% correct, how can anyone disagree with his point of view when he is correct.
Surely there is a very simple answer to transgender “ women” competing in women’s events. Have all male events, all women’s events and transgender events. How come nobody has thought of that ? It is an absolute solution to the whole problem !
I’m as liberal as the next guy but this is just not fair. I urge biological women to boycott games/meets/matches. Lacking the minimum number of participants, a team would be forced to forfeit.
This isn't a question we haven't known the answer to since the beginning of human life, ffs!!!
I don't like Piers' scenarios. They often suggest cheating. What about just the fact that it takes one trans-athlete (say, a runner) who is also really talented …. then no cis-woman will ever win a gold medal for as long as that athlete is in top shape. Could be three consecutive Olympic Games. And how the good-hearted activists will/can not aknowledge that fact is just beyond me. They want to be so supportive of everybody, they rnd up being unfair to cis women. And yes, you can absolutely support trans prople and say what I've just said. In no other part of live do we need to discuss this. Just physical competition. For obvious reasons.
BTW, has anyone seen a trans man competing in male sports? Like, ever? Please, let me know if you have.
As much as I dislike India, I ought to thank her for being on women's side here, really. I appreciate it.
And that guy is delusional, obviously.
Answer to the question YES IT IS UNFAIR to the biological females
Why can we make distinctions in sports like the Pars Olympics? The fact that a runner with two legs is faster than one with one is also a distinction. The point is to offer fair opportunities to every participant.
Why is it always guys who transition wanting to compete against the biological females, but rarely if ever do see gals who transition looking to compete against biological males? 😯
Am here after the beating of Angela Carini in the Olympics
Oh my gosh, I cannot believe this man said “you just can’t do things sometimes so it’s ok for trans women (biological men) to play in women’s sports cause I couldn’t be a jockey or a basketball player”…this is not even close to being the same.
No.
If it isn't about taking advantage of their physical advantages, but actually about playing the sport they love (something they all claim at every corner), why aren't we seeing the same number of Transmen competing in Men's sport..?? That guy with glasses is such a joke… Can't believe anyone is taking him seriously 🤣🤣🤣🤣
T.A.G = TRANS ATHELETE GAMES
Common sense people
How come people born female aren't conpeting against males if theres equality?
You can believe what you are . But you can’t make others believe what you are not. Stop trying to push it down our throats.
Expected a bit more from the professor of sociology than sport is already unfair. But maybe not. He's not a medical doctor
