Former President Donald Trump’s town hall in Pennsylvania took an impromptu turn and changed into an apparent listening party for nearly 40 minutes after two attendees required medical assistance. On Monday, Oct. 14, the Republican presidential nominee held a town hall moderated by South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem, which was aimed to be a Q&A format focused on his policies. However, after two people sought medical attention at the venue, the event was paused before the former president decided he would rather play music than continue with questions. “Would anybody else like to faint?” the 78-year-old appeared to joke, before adding, “You know what we could do, though? If my guys could do it, how about we’ll do a little music? Let’s make this a musical fest.” Trump then asked for his team to play “Ave Maria” sung by Luciano Pavarotti. After the song finished, the former president asked his team again to continue playing songs. “Let’s not do any more questions. Let’s just listen to music,” he said, adding, “Who the hell wants to hear questions, right?”
