For the bench press does it matter which ones are first upside down straight and the sitting up ones etc and another question I been told take some whey protein and pre-workout but idk I feel like those are roids…lol

Whats a weight you recommend for someone starting out?
Here's an exercise I invented. Position an incline bench between a cable crossover apparatus. Get ankle clips that you see women using to put on their ankle to work out legs. Put them on your wrist. Clip into 20/30 pounds on each wrist. Have your workout partner hand you 20/30 pound dumbells. Do 10 reps. Agony.
Did your back and biceps yesterday I feel dead but I really feel nothing in my back biceps are dead though can’t lift my arms
The Smith Machines bar is assisted at PF, so that was most likely 295, every PF's Smith is assisted differently, but all smith machines are assisted anywhere from 15lbs to 25lbs. The one i went to before i moved had a starting bar weight of 20lbs, where i live at now has a starting bar weight of 25lbs. The machines will have a small sticker on it telling you its bar weight.

Sorry bro that’s only 290 (45×6 + 20lb bar resistance) = 290lbs.

The pf bar on smith machines at pf are not 45 lbs. They're only 20-21 lbs, so you're lifting less weight than you think. It's okay, I didn't know they only weighed 20-21 lbs for the longest time. Sick vid brotha!
