As a person listen to all kinda music i can said that i don't feel like some of Beyonce music feel like country music, i know some people trying to make this about race and said that we expect the white in hip hop but they started making hip hop music but b didn't she started of making rnb music i don't see this as race it's the beehive making a big deal and the media running with it

She needs to quit whining, she's NOT country, she DIDN'T grow up country, she doesn't live IN the country music world, STOP FAKING IT "QUEEN BEE"! So many upset fans of hers would be quick to criticize a white country artist who suddenly decides they want to make a rap album, it would come across as fake and manufactured, like her "country" album, just because you MAKE a "country" album, doesn't mean you deserve awards for it. Just because Beyonce makes a "country" album, doesn't mean it's the best country album. It's not a "snub." There are country artists who have been working at country music for years and still don't have this award. Nobody owes Beyonce an explanation. I guess Jay Z doesn't control the CMAs.

Why would she be nominated when she isn’t a country artist? An album doesn’t qualify as going country baby. When Aerosmith collaborated with Run DMC and didn’t switch to rap? Stick around Beyonce, if country is your thing you will show us eventuality but one album doesn’t do it.

I think Beyonce is so full of herself that she thinks she's the best at everything so does! She is not a country music singer and this album was a head scratcher, for me. She is a singer, but can't come close to the talents of the true Country Music stars who have proven their talents! She needs to stay in her own lane, where her bey beys can cheer her on.
