It's not "pointless" as long as I can't play key PS5 games on Xbox. Games like Last of Us matter far more to most people than incremental performance improvements.

I literally sold my xbox series x 2 years ago when they implemented games pass no way im paying 240 for rent pass i moved to playstation since i never had playstation and was the best thing i did my libary is way better than was rent pass has to offer it makes sense to skip xbox this generation and wait to next generation see what xbox offers if theres games on sale i might get them

I had always Xbox, but honest i just bought PS5 cause i don't see future for Xbox... They selling less consoles every year... New games are coming to Playstation anyway... I would love if Gears of war would come to PS too.
