Everyone knows that in real life this is the typical result of a female teacher-male student relationship. The kid is not a victim, he’s the hero, and the teacher, though having crossed over several moral (and legal) boundaries and should be held accountable, loses her respect and dignity for life and ends up being the BIGGEST victim. It’s actually really sad. But what a great sketch this was and will always make me laugh every time!

as much as I like SNL it's kinda gross how they basically glorify sexual assault here. Make the teacher a man and people wouldn’t be laughing in my opinion. I guess maybe that’s what this skit is trying to show but still.

I have to admit, 1:20 made me laugh.

Not great for boys who have had experiences that people tell them they should be happy aloud.

That said, it does highlight one of many double standards in the world of gender and 'non-conventional relationships'.

Every straight male has at least 4 or 5 teachers that they would have if the opportunity presented itself. I know of one I would have as far back as 6th grade maybe even earlier.
