I fully support anti-bullying, but this video is completely inaccurate. Please at least google “powerlifting”. The sport includes squat, bench, and deadlift. It doesn’t include overhead press.

They are many ways how to stand up against bullies, i got 40s of experience that never failed.
To be bully only motivate me till i get use to it, stand up like a true superhero to protect other by making them small who they really are. I've never like to be challenge, so i learn this by choosing my own challenge unless you want to be challenge by other to prove a point.
And if another even gonna try to bully me, they gonna waste their own time and energy to bully a positive person i've been for good 30 year of my life. i'm a 61 yrs old man with an golden heart, cause i been told this. so i never let them crawl under my skin
