I feel so sad for Caitlin. She had a phenomenal rookie season, countless records broken along with winning ROY, and her biggest deal Nike, has not said one word nor posted about or promoted her in any way, meanwhile Adidas, Wilson, and other companies have.

Please do not tune in to anymore WNBA games this season. The league and many of its players are toxic and unapologetically … racist. What makes it worse is that that Reese, Carter, McNutt, Swoops, Thomas, and Carrington feel they have the freedom to continually make hateful, unfair, and transparently racist comments to everyone that will listen and there are no consequences from their individual teams or the league. And then there is the physical violence she has repeatedly experience from hateful, jealous players. Again, no action taken from teams or the league. Very sad that those who are complaining about racist issues are the ones most guilty of perpetrating it on the one they are blaming for the action of people reacting to the nasty hateful acts of the above-mentioned women.

Regarding Sheryl Swoops, she continuously told bold-faced lies about Caitlin Clark and though some righteous individuals spoke out against her, very little happened to her in terms of any punishment for her lies. The league did nothing, her employer did very little, and she continues to this day to demean Clark at every opportunity.

I have cancelled my subscription to WNBA League Pass and suggest any fair-minded subscribers do the same thing until the issue of these miserable, violent, women receive the attention it deserves, and they are punished or at least counseled.

Caitlin Clark has done nothing except earn her place by doing business on the court. She has collected a large bucket of records as a rookie and played through a tremendous amount of disrespect. Her parents have raised a fine young woman. My hope is that she will leave the toxic WNBA (THEY TRULY DON’T DESERVE WHAT SHE HAS BROUGHT) and play in Europe where she will be protected and respected in the same manner that all other women deserve.

They keep taking about Caitlin Clark racial fans, but wheres the proof. Everyone has a cell phone today so if they're screaming this stuff from the stands it would definitely be on video. I've seen no video. And if they're doing it on social media someone's always taking screenshots and I've seen none of that either. And the funny thing is the players here from The stands, if they can hear it I assume other people can hear it but nobody's getting thrown out of any stadiums for it. No proof of that either. I'm still wondering why they haven't officially announced her ROTY. Maybe they're waiting until the playoffs are over to announce that they stole it from her and gave it to AR, or they just forgo the award this year. Or it could be they're waiting for the finals to try to bring in some better ratings in a halftime ceremony. But I don't think they'll do that because that would be a smart move.

There was no compelling reason for me to be a fan until Clark came along. The commissioner and management have done nothing to correct this soap opera league. Fake long fingernails, refs worse than high school, blatant, egregious fouls not reviewed, no consequences for thug play. They cannot even accept and embrace a game changing league savior. The commissioner must go, and management gutted and overhauled. If not, they will watch the house go down in flames. All the Clark effect growth will disappear, and the league will stay in the welfare line with its hat out for the NBA net.

This is so stupid. I didn’t know ANYTHING about CC until maybe April. That means nothing about college records or imaginary rivalries. Didn’t know. Don’t care. Only when CC started playing a kicking a** did I even watch a W game. And I only watched one as it is. (Game 2 of the playoffs).

Engelbert is trying to sit on the fence, play both sides in an attempt not to make anyone mad and in the process makes everyone mad. She is gutless and unwilling to take a firm (not squishy) stand for what is true, right and needed. In essence she has a yellow streak up her back. Coward is a good word.

Is that why the Commissioner made sure the Fever didn’t make it through the first round of the playoffs? Nothing done about eye poke in first game that whistle wasn’t even blown for and second game CC got zero whistles but was fouled like crazy. With the foul shots alone CC deserved Fever wins second game, it’s a BS league a useless commissioner and Refs that don’t blow whistles for CC being assaulted on the court.
