Just because a console changes their game prices from $60 to $70, that doesn't mean gamers have to put up with it. As long as gamers support these practices, then companies will exploit that. Gamers speak with their wallets and as long as enough gamers support price increases, this is what will drive a company's behavior. I've personally never bought a $70 and i still have a lot of games in my backlog and i for sure know that a lot of gamers buy new games at $70 having tons of other games in their backlog they haven't played. This constant consumerism needs to change for companies to be forced to adjust.

I have been thinking the exact same thing. Velocity Architecture sounds amazing but as far as I am aware, it's not been utilised.
Personally , some Youtubers ruin the fun for everyone else. In my own opinion this generation of consoles was absolutely spectacular and fun. My backlog is freaking ridiculous .
0:39 thank you, but really? Switch is more like 8.5 or 9th gen. Nintendo started the next generation early, that's all. Dreamcast came out about 2 years before PS2 and the rest of the pre-360 generation, but there seems to be a divide in classifying it as belonging to either the PS2 or PS1 generation.
Item: also, one key thing that ought to make the Switch a part of the Xbox Series/PS5 generation is the fact that it uses USB-C connections for its controllers; PS4, Xbox One and Wii U in comparison used micro-USB connections for theirs.
And I say go curse yourself square enix I am not paying for life to play a game Final Fantasy XIV
Especially a game that took so long to be sent to Xbox only to be on Xbox x series
I also hate the fact that when they came out with Star wars fallen order and then did the sequel for it they only released it for x-series Star wars survival

Final Fantasy 15 is about the best Final Fantasy game I can ever play I beat the game twice
And a lot of the games I play are role playing RPGs so phantasy Star Online 2 NGS I still play Tera here and there

Which is about the only game of assassin's Creed I play that is close to like the current franchise of assassin's Creed I didn't like Valhalla assassin Creed I refunded it for my money back
It was very hard it was harder than Star wars fallen order

And once you start the game it starts you off with the boss right off the bat

I think PlayStation sucks ass
The Xbox one I feel like I had better quality PlayStation 4
Back and well I own a Samsung TV 7 Series 50 and then the Xbox I own is the white 1 terabyte version
And I'm running at like 4 k video quality. Have it optimized and everything
I got some very good game experience with what I got so far
And I'm not running at 30 bits. I think I'm running like 60 bites
I'm almost using all the features on my Xbox One almost
For the best gaming experience
I didn't like the PlayStation 4 cuz of the controller can I play Xbox
Most importantly my problem with the controller is that the left joystick
Is all the way on the bottom in the same level of my right joystick but if you look at the Xbox controllers the left joystick is actually above the buttons on your left hand side
Except the one other major difference is that there's a touchpad that's barely ever used on the PlayStation 4 controller
I hated it because the controls are also inverted
Versus the Xbox One and 360 controls
And it's been like that even with the PlayStation 3 but I actually liked PlayStation 3
I never owned it but once the PlayStation 4 came out I hated it
I was never able to get an X Series
Because of money issues and a bunch of other things are just in the way and I'm working my way towards the being a music artist
I was super hyped about the X Series
But they were always sold out I end up getting the Xbox One with one terabyte in the process the last one available
Furthermore I would never pay for the PlayStation 5
If you look at what they said about the PlayStation 5
The PlayStation 5 doesn't even have better CPU cooling than the x-series which means the PlayStation 5 will heat up much faster than the X series ever would
That's not good for gaming experience
The PlayStation 5 went for quality over power and cooling
You got to look at it like a PC if you want the best control over your PC you want everything that will give you the best CPU power etc
And it just seems like the x-series had that over the PlayStation yet somehow the PlayStation 5 was better than the next series
But agrees that the X Series beats the PlayStation 5 in CPU cooler
Like personally it's like you said when you buy these newer consoles you got to use all the features it has
Meaning you need to look at the settings and you need to see what your TV supports and you need to activate as many features your TV supports when using your Xbox
I'm not a lot of people know this
I don't know a lot of these new features you're talking about
But I wouldn't need to I would literally go to the settings by instinct and I will set up everything that my TV supports
This is why I say the PlayStation 5 sucks and the four
The Xbox acts like a PC the PlayStation acts like a camera

i don't want to be THAT guy but the ps5 is doing decent. not great but decent. first party is shit but it's getting a good stream of games that often happen to be accidentally exclusive because the xbox is just that irrelevant. the xbox series the other hand is not even in the same picture. ms has yet to decide whether they are still a platform holder or just a publisher. let's be honest the ecosystem bs never caught on. both their ideas this gen, the gamepass and the series s have been absolute failures. games are not like movies, the netflix model just doesnt apply, they are more like books they demand attention and time, people like ownership of their games. what's more developers that make games for the gamepass inherently lose incentive for making proper good games. when sales are out of the picture who cares. also gamepass treats games like "content" but they aren't. games are not a passive medium. lastly forcing devs to make games for a weaker console is simply DELUSIONAL. because guess what, devs are making games for a weaker console when it has sold north of 100 million units, not because of a laughable mandate.
The PS5 prices are a scam, the gamers are brainwashed like iPhone buyers
They need to remove the paywall for online gaming. I currently pay for both gamepass ultimate and PlayStation plus. I don’t intend to keep paying for both. I’ll be sticking with which ever console decides to be more consumer friendly and makes it easier on my wallet.
The tech that went into this console gen was obsolete the moment they started selling the stuff. older power limited ryzen cpus and basic 6000 series radeon graphics with undercooked FSR tech.
It's been a little shitty but it's still kept me entertained, honestly I feel I got my moneys worth xxx
