Disney are making some real dark games. First Cuphead with its sadistic difficulty and now this.

Why sometimes don't we just stop at looks and plays waaay better than the Wii one 😅
Its a 6/10 game…its feel dated, the art is nice and better than the original, but: combat is not fun and very repititve without any need of the powers they offer you (slow time and etc), too much backtracking, level design of the ps2/wii days, too many loading screens, annoying quests where you need to look for stuff in the all level and can easily miss a tiny object, boring 2d segments.
Performance issues are the only negative I have it. It builds out the environments from the original, tweaks the controls and gameplay to a better polish, but from the Switch version, I'm often encountering music skipping out, character models looking clunky, and I'm not sure, but after playing the originals early this year the cutscenes in this feel sped up in parts where the subtitles go by so fast you miss what they were saying.
This game was a huge disappointment when it came out on Wii. They're just hoping we forgot I guess? Who asked for this?
Platformers need to come back and I feel like they slowly are which is good. Platformers bring out the creativity in devs and it’s always a pleasure seeing what they create. Definitely something good that isn’t just another empty open world game.
2010 Disney was still putting out solid games, movies and shows. I miss when Disney didn't mean 'roll eyes'
Mickey Mouse is a big IP , that alone makes this game good
I LOVED this game on the Wii and am so glad people will be able to enjoy it on the Switch. The Wii controls worked perfectly with this game. How do the controls translate to the Switch?
Did he just pronounce it Juice Ex?
For my entire life, i’ve never really been really big on playing video games. They can never hold my attention. I got this game on Wii for Christmas when i was younger. I remember vividly how i barely left my room that Christmas break because i could not stop playing it. To this day, i don’t think i’ve ever been captivated by another game like that. I can’t wait to replay it on Switch!
Just get it on a stronger console or pc just played the demo yesterday on Xbox and it LOOKS 100 times better and in 60fps I was actually impressed.
Love my switch but only Nintendo games run and look good ( and that’s only sometimes looking at you hyrule warriors .. )
I also hope it means we will get a third one. The second game left us on a cliffhanger and it has irritated me for years now
I hope they fix the frame rate it drops horribly. My switch even crashed after awhile of gameplay
so glad they brought this 3d platformer back
I do wonder if the game is as dark as it looks on my computer screen. The ground is so dark, it's very jarring!
1. Is it a physical release?
I wish it had Castle of Illusion as a extra feature to justify the price
I never got to play the first one, but when I saw the second one was co-op and on PS3 back in the day, I grabbed it, super excited, and I was soooo disappointed.
They did Mickey dirty.
I'm glad they're just re-doing the first.
Does it also release on other platforms?
