Maybe I missed it but what happened to ur garage gym & what made you go back to a commercial gym setting ?
I suggest you seek a bodybuilding coach. Not to do a show of course if that’s not your goal but to train, diet, and learn bodybuilder knowledge will get you to reach your goals. The proper way to go about seeing major changes and reach your goals is to bulk (preferably clean) for a season no matter how you look don’t end it early and then go through an extreme cut. You mention losing muscle due to cutting, you really don’t lose any muscle. It’s a very small percentage so don’t worry too much about that. Also don’t neglect training your core directly!

Mandy, you should look into coffee bean production and how most brands are contaminated. Most brands don’t do mold testing which is a common toxin in most coffees like dunkin 😢 there are a lot of really good organic brands that don’t use pesticides and test for mold. More expensive but worth it for something you drink everyday❤
