This actually helped me at least try to prepare myself and what I can try to expect on what will happen when I join the coast guard. As a kid I was not great in gym class and I’ll be honest I’m not exactly fit myself today. But this vid helped me see what I can expect and practice at home! Thanks for doing this vid guys! Really helped with people who wanna join the guard and seeing what they will expect and practice at home!

Where’s the swim test? That’s a big deciding factor of whether or not one can pass ALL of Coast Guard’s PT requirements.
