We all know her mental health issues have put her in rough spots. I get it, her vulnerability has really brought annoyance from people. But im proud of this new version of Selena. I distanced myself from her and people can call me unloyal or anything but watcjing her go through so many mental battles and kind of putting it out into the world and kinda burning her image. I couldnt stand by and watch. I want proud, confident and healthy selena. And for anyone reading this, its okay to be vulnerable. Its ok to have your lows, you valid and your feelings are important. I love you 💕

Thank you Selena for being so brave. I have Lupus and I also have anxiety. Lupus is a horrible disease. I really know because I have it. Thank you, Selena for caring and bringing awareness to these issues. For years I have suffered because I had no insurance. Still, it is hard to afford . 💜💜

I find people do better and cope better when they speak about their mental health. The unnecessary shame that people put on themselves for having a mental health issue is more damaging than a mental health diagnosis. I find it very frustrating when cancer patients are honored or praised for their struggle with fighting death. When people with mental health issues are doing the same thing. With cancer, you are fighting to death a disease that attacks the cells in the body. With mental health it's your brain attacking your soul. The result of mental health issues with out proper care is death. Both are very difficult but one is celebrated when defeated and the other is shamed, mocked, doubted, and despised for a lifetime.
