Something is terribly wrong with ALL of it. I personally don’t blame CC for her responses to her multiple injuries. Can you imagine if she complained? They would ridicule her more. She chose to take the high road because
NOBODY was there to protect her! The head of WNBA said the fans liked it and it brought increased sales. I bet not one person who bought a jersey liked the abuse. Look at last game and all the free throws for other team but few call on them. Are refs being paid on side? Criminal, sad, disappointing.

It would be great if because of what is going on and to show their distaste for what is going on , That all that want things fixed NOW, NO ONE SHOW UP IN THE STADIUM TONIGHT. That would send a message. Those that show up will show that this is what they want to see. Let the powers to be then make their decision on how to handle the league.

Sides has NEVER protected CC. She devalues CC great contribution to 5he Fevers. But it's the FEVERS TEAMMATES TOO. They have never defended or protected CC. Instead, probably told by sides, they go up to her and watch her on the court floor after a sucker punch from those loser scum coward thugs, and if CC reacts to once again being assualted , they surround her and keep her quiet!!! The teammates need to get BACKBONE. THE only one who has ever defended and protected CC was Wallace. I fear for CC now. I love watching her olay cause I'm witnessing greatness, but CC needs to get out of the league. The WNBA is a danger to one of the most beloved BB players in the sport.

How about saying something like this, “I would like to begin this press conference with a comment on something that happened during tonight’s game. An opponent tried to seriously hurt our star player. It is on video. Well after Caitlin Clark had taken her shot a right hand with sharpened nails came down like a claw aimed right at her eye leaving Caitlin flat on her back and in pain with a blackened eye; please look to my right at Caitlin. She never complains; but I am complaining. This flagrant foul should have resulted in suspension but was not even called. This criminal act could easily have resulted in permanent eye injury or even the loss of an eye. And after this Caitlin’s gutless teammates, whom she has carried all year, stood around while their opponents celebrated the strike. If the attacks on Caitlin don’t stop my team will not take the court.”

The FEVER will lose the second game on Wednesday. Mean while, maybe between now and next year CC can work on improving her non-existing defense game. She is a good shooter but horrible at defense. Just my opinion.
