1st Test Day 3 between Sri Lanka and New Zealand continued at the Galle International Stadium. Sri Lanka made sure to dismiss the New Zealand batters quickly and started their second innings soon after. Sri Lanka batted for 72 overs and made 237 runs for the loss of 4 wickets. At the end of day 3, Sri Lanka lead by 202 runs.

Really poor cricket from NZ while their spinners were bowling. No plan, little effort, just praying the batsmen make mistakes. Plenty of medium pacers in the NZ lineup, would be far more effective against SL than their spinners.
