Too bad the music!
I thought this cute couple looked familiar. Was nice meeting you both in the neighborhood at Santa Felicita during Rificolona. We still need to plan our walk. 🙂
Ciao
Great story….such a lovely location and apartment!
Lovely couple, makes sense to leave a rural life in the States for an urban, walking-friendly city like Florence. Just some constructive feedback for the content creator(s) here: the style of music did not match the vibe of the video at all and the volume was way too high, it totally distracted. Otherwise really good content! Thanks
Great video. What a wonderful life. It’s too bad there’s distracting loud music in the background of your video.
The music is more suitable for an apartment in Fort Worth Texas not beautiful Tuscany.
that background music so annoying and doesn't fit! kinda ruined it
How delightful to have them share not only their personal day to day routine and adventures but also to see the apartment that was rented. I am just beginning my journey towards one day living in Italy and their apartment gives me a sense of what is available at what would be ( I'm pretty sure :- ) at the high… higher end of my budget. None the less appreciate the time and effort it took for this video to be created . Many thanks to all involved .
What a lovely couple and how wonderful they've found a new home in Florence! I would like to hear more about their budget, in particular, what it costs to rent this size apartment, was it furnished or did they buy furnishings, did they upgrade or need to fix anything and the timeline for moving. Also how much they spent to bring 13 boxes and 6 suitcases as this is close to what I think I would take. I realize each person's situation is different but it would be helpful to hear more specific details.
That loud country music -distrazione fastidiosa, irrilevante.
nice work
Wow nice rental!
That's the retirement lifestyle I'm dreaming of
Is she his daughter?
Good choice !
Welcome to Italy!!
Howdy folks, love Florence. If you haven't already done so, take the #7 bus to the hilltop town of Fiesole (it's the last stop, so you can't get lost). Visit monastery up steep road for spectacular views of Florence. Museum of Archeology (fantastic museum) with Roman amphitheater where you have a very good chance of being the ONLY visitor. Eat a gelato at the museum Cafe overlooking the Tuscan hills. Walk to Etruscan tombs. Walk to where Leonardo da Vinci's glider took off. Near sunset, get a seat at Le Lance de Fiesole and enjoy the sunset while enjoying dinner. Ciao
Ciao, I'd be curious to know how they are handling healthcare in Italy, he is obviously on Medicare. That is I think the biggest question of a lot of retired Americans. I know you have to be a permanent resident to apply for it, but what about if you can't do that or don't want to? Thanks for the video! Saluti!
