How To Use Cheat Engine – Tutorial With Examples

In this video, I show you how to use Cheat Engine to cheat in all your favorite games, explained in a way that anybody can do it. After watching this tutorial, you’ll be able to change in-game values such as money, gold, item count, ammo, and experience.

You’ll also know how to cheat to change unknown values where the game doesn’t show you the values you’re trying to change.

You’ll also learn how to find code that accesses those values and to replace that code with nothing, which is a great way for activating cheats such as god mode (infinite health), infinite stamina, infinite durability, unlimited ammunition, and much more!

Once you learn these basics, you’ll be able to pretty much anything in your games.

Also, I explain how cheat engine works for online games.

how to use potions? i found potions in inventory it decreases the amount when i ran but it wont actually add heal or mana to characters in MMO

I use this alot on games but i tried it on Jedi Survivor money but it didn't work and i don't know why.

You can eventually get crazy with it, like change a static address to redirect to empty space in the games code, and then you can do complex programming like setting hotkeys and then activate your cheats based on the key you press, and then go back to continue normal operations. But nowadays, I’m trying to figure out how to just change the values and opcodes and dynamic and static addresses with cheat engines’s LUA scripts instead of actually programming my own injector. some games make it so much more difficult to find the address/value. So it’s good to know some tricks like you mentioned. It’s also annoying when you hack your health display but not your actual health. Cheers.

So I get a scan error whenever I enter my games value. Playing plants vs Zombies and trying to enter the Sun value.
Cheat Engine was able to find my game when I select the process.

When I download I always use a virus tester and when I tested CheatEngine Legitimitaly Every thing was considerded a virus so it could not be a virus but Im not downoading it
