Please do Akkaevs snatch ! Had a monster clean and jerk but I think his snatch was formidable. Most violently aggressive 2nd and 3rd pull ever.

Kaki was one of those lifters who looked like just an ordinary bloke who drives a forklift. I'm sure if you saw him in the flesh, you'd notice his forearms and quads and think, oh yeah, he lifts but on TV…
You guys did a video on the most jacked lifters, you should do one on the most unassuming looking lifters who have won world titles.

Can you do a technical analysis on Kuo's clean please!! Love you guys

@Nick-wu6vp September 21, 2024 - 9:20 am

Moradi snatch vid?

@weightliftim9921 September 21, 2024 - 9:20 am

oooh are you also going to discuss in the future his efficiency in the bar height and having just the right amount of extension?

@kyle9371 September 21, 2024 - 9:20 am

blagoy blagoev next please!

@benjamingrunberg7807 September 21, 2024 - 9:20 am

Yuri Zakharevich! I want to know how someone can snatch 210kg at 110kg bodyweigt.And it's not just more stanozolol back then.
Alexander Kurlovich did 212.5kg at 132kg bodyweigt at the same olympics.

All of that ‘95 training camp footage and no filmed his heavy squats 😢

@SornGeorge September 21, 2024 - 9:20 am

Would you ever do an analysis of the Greek weightlifting coach Christos Iakovou? Was he responsible for some of the success of the team or just happened to be there at the right time?

@andrew98115wl September 21, 2024 - 9:20 am

willing to do what needs to be done… 😨

@andrew98115wl September 21, 2024 - 9:20 am

There's a video of him in the US as a junior and the gasps in the crowd are audible.

@andrew98115wl September 21, 2024 - 9:20 am

I think he had the best or most efficient technique ever.

@ShinSuperSaiyajin September 21, 2024 - 9:20 am

I know he lost that comp but my favorite session of his is still that world championship showdown with a young Syzmon Kolecki

@daviddaniel5834 September 21, 2024 - 9:20 am

Dave Rigert

Please! How the heck do you train your back to extend and strong like his??? We can all be more flexible but this strong back position is everything! Every time, the best lifters are strong in this flexion. How does one work on this alone. It's the best example of zero butt-wink.. Comfortable and very strong in an arched position. Any training methods for this???

@harambe1596 September 21, 2024 - 9:20 am

Akbar Djuraev, Ruslan Nurudinov, Apti Snatch, Max Lang

@ryedes September 21, 2024 - 9:20 am

Zlatan Vanev clean down the line ?

@LucasDimoveo September 21, 2024 - 9:20 am

“Back shots is the best drivers of strength in weightlifting” 😂

writes that down

@lewispovey13 September 21, 2024 - 9:20 am

Incredible content as always, would love Botev’s Jerk or a Chigichev vid!

@Bestguy10 September 21, 2024 - 9:20 am
