Yo Ade, just a heads up. Apparently you need to let your body wake up for 30 mins before having a coffee in the morning otherwise your body relies on it to wake you up.

Coffee at Pret a Manager by Farringdon Station before work 8.30am next coffee 9.30am in the office next one mid-afternoon around 3pm.

Just chose those as they all opinionated there are probably lots more.

Back in the day, I went to a BBC Q&A at the old Arsenal stadium. The Late Graham Taylor, Eric somebody a soccer agent and a couple of others. I filled in some online form or something and lucky to get to go live. I was told to come up with a couple of questions as were others. I had about 10 questions and asked my one of mine to the panel and 4 or 5 others used some of my other questions. I reckon in London near kings cross you will over subscribe is it only 150 people so will you be asking for questions from your subscribers beforehand so that those that can't attend can still feel part of it.

Hi Ade, yeah Coffee is a stimulant, so if you over drink it, your body starts to rely on it and therefore once u stop using it, your body feels like it needs the caffeine(stimulant) to function properly.
Not good as stimulants are not good for the adrenal glands, so even a black coffee isn’t healthy

Would back Joyce by a hair .. but in 1-2 more fights see DDD stopping him.
