This is a character strategy guide aimed at helping people use Sly Cooper in Playstation All Stars Battle Royale. It will go over all of Sly’s moves, combos, pros and cons as a character, and some basic strategy and tips for his character.

I'd like to see more videos like this in all honesty. As much as I love smash, there's a certain appeal to having kratos brutalize sackboy lol. And I'd like to learn how to play better. You do a great job at it IMO.

I love Sly, I do not own this game, but when I play it against friends at their house, I use Sly, and go invisible all the time, but I never use my 2 or 3, waste of AP, just use 1 and get lots of kills with you're big ass hippo [Murray]

This makes it REALLY hard to use him, like you can get knocked out of your level 1 now, your level 2 is almost usless, and the level 3 has 2 limits on it, the pictures and the time limit -_- It makes it hard to really enjoy using him :P

You forget to mention that his barrel he turns into also reflects certain projectile attacks such as drakes AK, Ratchets laser shots, ect. ect.

His level 1 will only get one kill on average. Sly's invisibility it what helps his super so much.

I always save up for sly's level 2. If everyone is close together it's an easy 3 kills. I don't understand all the hate around it.

The only "combo heavy" characters are Dante, Raiden, and to a certain extent, Nariko (Though, she only has one or two combos worth doing.) Kratos is hardly "combo-heavy" as he just as attacks combined with some simple follow ups. Most other characters just have some simple go-to combos sprinkled with some well placed single hits.

Easy, productive, combo for you bud. Side Triangle, Square, Square, Up Square, Up Triangle. If you're feeling feisty you can add a down circle to start it, or a down square after the first two Squares, but the one I listed is more reliable. Nets you 130 AP easily. Otherwise, use your Electric Pad with Grabinator Grabs and Side Triangles well, and when at range use Cakeinator instead of Jam Session. Build up to a level 3, and remember, your Up Square can pop the bubbles. Hope it helps.

He just said he's not a combo heavy character at all. <_< He can only combo very basic moves that you can easily discover in the character tutorial yourself.
