Wow you look very healthy and ripped.. How many times a day or how many days a week did you work out? How long did this transform take you?
Ur journey looks exactly like mine. Ive picked up about 40kg (80lb) over the last 20 years, after an amputation as a child.
As my testosterone reduced, my weight picked up – and the by age 40 I was around 220-240lb. Because of the scar tissue and weight – my foot kept splitting, and if I tried to do cardio – my foot swelled up and I limped for a week.
I was constantly told “eat less and move more” … so I reduced food, ate 1 small meal a day – but weight and fat mass kept climbing.
I was in agony every day, on boxes of muscle relaxers and pain killers every week because of the neuropathy. I was trying vacuume cupping, acupuncture needles, TENS shock therapy – just so I could function and play with my young kids.
So 3 months back, I read about lifting weights (dumbbells), and the health benefits of lifting weights a few times a week. They call it body recomposition – which is basically to build as much or whatever muscle you can, and the muscle will augment the fat.
I’ve added a few protein shakes a day – to triple my protein intake. Also
Added a testosterone booster. And I work out with weights twice a day.
Seeing such benefit in the transformation – and enjoying the process. Haven’t taken a pain killer in months – although I’m stiff, I’m Not in agony.

I have not even finished the video.. But judging by mere fact that u put out a body transformation video i will automatically in advance say that you are correctly call it an "investment" Into a home gym.. It is that for sure.. And ill even add on to it.. It is the best investment one can possibly make.. One can earn a gazzilion dollars but u cannot lie to urself about the fact that ur woman is sleeping with u not because she is truly attracted to u sexually.. 99 other reasons but sexual attraction aint one😂 and the feeling u get when you notice women around u secretly glance at u or when u see true desire in ur partners eyes.. U cannot buy that.. It truly ignites in a dude that masculine beginning.. What makes men be men.. Primal sexual desire from a woman😂 one of coolest moments in my memory is when i was about 28-29.. I was leaving the gym after great workout.. Pumped up, old tshirt torn up from all the beating and laundry soaked in sweat, gym bag on my shoulder.. Three girls all pretty good looking walking towards me and pass me by.. I turn around to check them out and see that all three are looking back in unison.. That just makes u be like "yeah thats right.. Thats what i am about! " 🤣🤣🤣 not nice expensive brand clothes, not a nice car or jewels, not even clean or groomed up.. Just a man about his purpose, dedication and results to show for it was enough

Damn, it's crazy how all our bodies are different. I'm like 300lbs (35 years old) right now and can jog a few blocks. How is walking to the car hard at 250 difficult (rhetorical question, I just said we're all different). Congrats on your transformation, mine is just beginning.

I just turned 31 been losing and gaining weight on and off but could never properly get in shape. And i hate how i look im hoping to finally do the right things and finally lose the weight. Though i feel i will need a trainer to walk me down the right path too.
I'm in my 50's and during the pandemic i ate and was lazy. Weight was 220 January 1/23 . Im down to 180, need 5 more lbs gone and lifting weights. I feel good! I admire your determination. 💪
