Feeling left out is very common and it hurts. Hurts really bad. Already a mother will be going through a lot at home and constantly getting judged for her maternity skills, she will expect some support from office. Office is like a second home for her. Don’t neglect her, include her, make her feel that she belongs there

Mene meri puri pregnancy me work kia 7 month me jab mene maternity leave k liye apply kia toh mujhe terminate kr dia or bolte apko terminate kr rahe hai due to poor performance, mene bola ki poor performance tha toh pehle batana tha na without any intimation kaise nikal sakte h, meri hr, manager or team leader ne kaha sorry arunima tumhari performance me koi dikkat nhi hai bus boss kisi ko free ki salary nhi de sakte isliye nikal rahe h, mene kaha nhi chahiye mujhe salary fir bhi nhi suna, meri hr ne kaha ki case file krdo par mere Ghar walo ne kaha is time pe khudko sambhalo naukri toh hazaro mil jayegi. Bus yahi soch ke piche hat gyi 😢 bht ladkio k sath aisa hota h.

All boss are not same. I am a teacher in a reputed school still they expected me to come till 9th month, 3 months unpaid maternity leave and no assurance for rejoining. There should be strict n firm rules and rights about maternity leave.

I understand the need for the maternity leave but to give a promotion based on this and overlooking the talent and potential of other employees makes the male employees feel left out and inferior,
When it comes for office work, anx dowry woman remember equality and its absolutely ok I totally support it then where is this equality during alamoney during divorces there they remember that oooo no no we are women we deserve the money , why should a man has to sacrifice all the time why why is our indian system so female centrice 😢

Men need to get sensible and supportive.

Any situation should never go against you. So better plan well ahead for proper family planning.

I hope in future we succeed in artifical womb and deliveries so that such issues can be mitigated.

Atleast women should support women and not fall to naive oppressive politics of male chalvenism.

So the world has to stop and everyone else has to pick up the slack for another coworkers CHOICE to procreate, then that coworker causes distractions in meetings because that coworker lets their partner get away with weaponizes incompetence, then rather than counseling staff who have a problem with it and helping them deal with this person who has been AFK for half a year and then steps all over the accolades the staff member who was actually there and doing great things because the breeder thinks they deserve it… just cause they exist? Messed up! Further this manager shows bias which will cause animosity and lead to a caustic work environment. No it’s not a vacation for the first two months, after 2, holy shit y’all non-Americans are spoiled rotten!
