4:17, in our muay-thai classes we used to do something similar, but instead of keeping our arms down, we held them at a position close to our chest(elbows in 90deg lock), and we had runs like that for a couple of laps either in a gym, or outside on a track we had, and it was horrible haha, i had no problems holding the weight, because from childhood, i used to carry groceries upto 5-6kgs in total(vegetables) and still do, but my stamina was always bad, no matter how much i trained it, my only option to up it is to lose weight. But this led us to having easier runs from that point, and some of the guys, along with our coach, who was preparing for a world champ in his weight, ran like this multiple times, in order to prepare for a match.
Hey its Chris! Love this guy, SWAT man playing Ready or Not
I have a question abt those vests are those ment for like taking rounds and holding ammo or just holding ammo becuz it looks like his gut is exposed or maybe I'm just dum
In Cadence! Exercise! One, Two, Three, ONE.. One, Two, Three, TWO.. PT while in MOPP 4 sucked in Bootcamp at Ft. Benning….
swat school is only two weeks? dang seems like a short amount of time to learn a complex varriation of policing, does’nt seem like a lot of time to affirm that they actually know what they need to know
