Alabama used to come to the Greenville Memorial Auditorium in Greenville SC every year when I was younger and I am pretty sure my mom and I went to see them each time. My Uncle Raymond knew the drummer - Mark Herndon - from college and we loved seeing him play each time. And my grandmother loved Mountain Music, it was her favorite. I wish I could have seen them play at the Bowery in Myrtle Beach, but I guess my memories from the early 80's will have to do.

Can someone explain what's going on here? His hand is strumming the guitar as if he has no control of, or feeling in, his hands. Yes I realize he's old. But that just looks off.

Love Alabama ❤ my first concert seeing them was in the 80’s before they got “big” in Gatlinburg Tennessee, they were setting up their equipment……a year or so later they exploded 🎻🎸🎤💥💥💥💥💥💥

My mother and I used to really love Randy Owen and #alabama in the 1980’s. Till we met him at the #marriotshoals and he was an a$$hole and acted like he was too good to even acknowledge us as fans. It broke my mothers heart because she assumed that he being from #ftpayne and we were from #scottsboro he would treat us a human beings. I wouldn’t piss on Randy Owen if his guts were on fire.

I did watch this, pretty sad that Mark was omitted, he was a vile member from 1979-2004, even with a disagreement I feel he should’ve been there or at least spoken about ….
