This whole situation just literally sickens me. This was a tragedy that could have been easily prevented if his mother hadn’t left him outside by himself near water so she could go inside and do whatever she wanted to do. Sickening excuse for a mother.
I am so terribly sorry for your loss of Levi. He seems to have been one of God's angels while here on Earth, and now he's with Jesus, just waiting until it's time for you all to reunite. This wait is going to be one of the hardest things you've ever done, besides losing him in the first place. I will pray that God gives your family an extra measure of grace and hope you can give yourselves the gift of patience. May Jesus wrap His heavenly arms around you all.

You can't always keep an eye on them, but you can make your environment safe for your children. Use fences around water, harnesses, have alarms on doors, etc. It is the parents job to keep children safe. RIP little guy, your last moments must've been scary for you in that water. I had 4 children all are grown with their own lives.
